Sheep are very special farming animals.

Sheep give us these foods: roast lamb, lamb cutlets. Their wool is used for blankets, car seat covers and all different kinds of clothing. Sheep also give us leather.

Sheep can weigh up to 160 kilograms. Sheep feed on grass. More sheep can live on a farm where it rains a lot because the grass always grows. On farms where it does not rain often, not as many sheep can live there because the grass won't grow as much.

Sheep can live in hot and cold places. Their woolly coats keep them both cool and warm.
